What does it mean to hire me as a farmer/florist for your wedding flowers?
As a farmer/florist I am PASSIONATE about growing beautiful and unique botanicals here at my farm! Because I grow many of my own ingredients, my options for ingredients are both fresh, unique and abundant! Nurtured from seeds, bulbs, tubers and cuttings, they have been lovingly tended to be used specifically for my couples and their wedding vision. I have been growing and arranging flowers for over 20 years, and I am always experimenting with new possibilities, looking for interesting flowers, foliages, seed heads and branches that will make my bride’s bouquets something to remember, something that is fresh and one of a kind, standing out from the masses. I also grow many of the old stand-byes that have remained timeless and classic! From sweet peas, lavender, stock, peonies and larkspur, to the edgy varieties of allium, amaranthus, hops, grasses and succulents.

I am intimately knowledgeable about many of the ingredients used in my designs, and I have spent years gaining experience as well as creativity with a vast number of botanicals grown here on my farm.
My ‘toolbox’ is overflowing with colors, textures and varieties that are ‘out of the box’ botanicals! These are the ingredients that make my designs a reflection of nature and the seasons we experience. Although I have access to flowers from the wholesaler, I am not limited to just what the wholesaler carries… I have many options with beautiful character and interest just outside my studio that are available to cut and use in my designs as I make them.

As the onsite florist here at Events at Pine Creek Nursery, I am present throughout the day of your event, and so I am able to work with you on every detail of your flowers. From set up, to moving floral pieces from ceremony to reception, helping you to get the most out of your flowers! There is no delivery or set up fee when using my onsite design services. I am even here to whip up something if an unforeseen need comes up!

My Inspiration Comes From You!
Each season as I plan and plant my flower garden, I look to my brides for inspiration. Every flower that I grow, I envision it in a beautiful bridal bouquet, arbor or centerpiece.
My floral designs are inspired by nature and since I am a flower farmer I am always looking at flowers in their organic state. So when I design a bridal bouquet or arrangement I have this in mind. Natural, free flowing, lush and out of the ordinary are some of words that come to mind when describing a bouquet, boutonniere or arrangement that I can design for your special day!
These boutonnieres were created from ingredients from the garden, giving them a beautiful and unique style!
